Got in some Cardio Today

Well after lifting weights and hitting the bag, I thought it was time to go for run. I live near the lake so the views are quite wonderful, they really help the time go by really fast, which is kind of good since I really don’t enjoy running or walking. Who really does?

If I have something to listen to or look at it’s not as bad. It was a beautiful day today too, I actually got some tanning in too. Most the time I walked because I believe running is really hard on your joints and back. I run for about 10 minutes, take a break walking for about 20, then start back up again. This way I don’t beat my body to death and I enjoy my workout more.

Some people say you have to run the whole way, I don’t believe in that. Those people who do that will be stressing their mind out along with their body. I think working out is all about keeping it up. Making it an every other day element. Most people will work themselves out to death, get discouraged and never do it again. Work out gradually, that way you enjoy it and and want to come back from more. The people who do it for 4 hours or workout hard will never last.

Blockbuster Online

So far two thumbs up from me Blockbuster! Your service is much better than Netflix so far. I haven’t received a broken disc yet, movies come in the mail ontime, and I’m able to get the latest movies on dvd within a week. I just think Netflix can’t keep up with it’s members, there are just so many now that you’re unable to receive the latest movies on dvd. This is the main reason I became a member on Blockbuster Online, I haven’t waited for a movie yet. I’m just so happy now, I’m a bit of a movie nut and having good service is a must for me. Keep up the good work Blockbuster.

Maybe in the future you’ll be able to rent games through their service just like Gamefly.

Playstation 3

Well I’m really contemplating on buying a Playstation 3. Mainly because of the blu-ray drive and you can surf the net. I wish Microsoft had the internet option on the Xbox 360, really sucks they haven’t done anything yet. I have a projector at home and it would look really sweet if I could surf the net on my main console. Since I can’t do it with the Xbox 360, might as well buy a Playstation 3 ya know. Would really look sweet watching youtube videos on a 150″ screen, don’t you agree? On the other hand I’m thinking off waiting until the next Xbox comes out, I think it might be in a year or two since the 360 has been out a while now. I heard it was in the works when the Xbox 360 was first launched. I know Microsoft plans on beating Sony to the punch again, so it’s kind of a hard decision to make.

Moosehead Beer

Moosehead beer is now my favorite, it use to be LaBatts Light. It’s mainly because my buddies took me to this bar the other night and they had Mooshead on tap. It’s the smoothest beer I think. And I haven’t thrown up off of it yet, so that’s a really good thing! Last weekend I had like 9-10 beers of the Moosehead and I never hurled. I didn’t even eat a huge dinner before hand. Whatever the company does to brew it they have perfected it, I just love it. Not to tangy, just perfectly sweet with a nice carbonated taste also. I did have a bad hangover the next day, but who doesn’t after 9-10 beers.

Making Money Online

There are many ways of making money online, but the best way I think is affiliate commission. It’s the easiest way because you can write about any type of product. A good market to start in is hair loss or acne. There’s always a need for those two types of things because they are constant! Selling things people need is the best thing to do. Other things such as toys, games, and movies can be hard markets. I’ve found that out the hard way. I’ve tried ads on some of my sites, they make some money but no where near my commission I earn monthly. People look past ads nowadays, it’s like they don’t even see them. It’s probably because so many websites use them nowadays.

Zombies and Infected Sweepstakes on Xbox Live

Microsoft is doing a very cool sweepstakes for Xbox gamers allowing you to win all types of neat prizes. In order to enter you must first download the Zombies & Infected Gamer Pic and then down some of the zombie-related games, add-ons, TV shows, or movies from Xbox LIVE between April 27 and May 4, 2009. The games that are included in the sweepstakes are Call of Duty: World at War, Dead Space, Left 4 Dead, Resident Evil 5, Stubbs the Zombie, Doom, Dead Rising, and Castlevania: SOTN. As you can see some of the games are actually old titles and from Xbox Arcade, so they can be bought without even traveling to the electronics store. For more information visit xbox.com

It’s kind of funny because I just saw Quarantine, one of the latest zombie movies on the big screen. So to get you into the mood you should rent this movie, it was really cool. Has some real jumpy parts in the movie.

Modern Warfare 2

This being the 6th installment for the Call of Duty series, I hope Activision Blizzard has some new features for us gamers. I for one would like to see better maps made. Meaning larger maps and and multi levels. It just seems like some of the maps in the past are rather boring after you play them for a few hours.

I really didn’t like Call of Duty: World at War, it seems like they really sped it up and I’m just so sick of all the old World War games. Seems like they have just over did it with them. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on the other hand was just amazing: the gun selection, modifications, and graphics were superb. It would be great if Activision just keeps the game the same and just adds better maps and more realism. I think realism is a major factor you must have in a game, I think World at War lost that element when they sped it up and added other features to the game. Making me lose interest in the game.
