Avatar Movie and Game Together to Complete Your Experience
There is nothing like seeing a great movie like James Cameron’s Avatar and then being able to go home and be part of the action, make things happen, and decide on the course of the adventure. This can happen by buying and playing James Cameron’s Avatar: The Game. It is an action game packed game that is published and developed by Ubisoft. It is rated for T for teen due to Animated Blood, Mild Language, Mild Suggestive Themes, and Violence.
The videogame is set in deep into the heart of Pandora, an alien planet populated by the Na’vi, Pandora’s indigenous people, and other life forms that are new to the world of video games. There is conflict that erupts between the RDA Corporation, a space-faring consortium on a mission to find valuable resources, and the Na’vi, the civilization that inhabits the area. Players of Avatar: The Movie will be able to participate in fighting for the heart of the planet and the fate of the Na’vi civilization.

During development, security and secretiveness were high for the video game, Avatar. For James Cameron, the most important thing was that the game expanded on world of Pandora. Much of the back-story of Pandora was not able to be included in the movie. Avatar: The Game is set before the point in the timeline that the movie begins. There was a close relationship between the film studio and the game studio, which has resulted in Avatar: The Game tying in very closely with Avatar: The movie.
Avatar: The game takes the perspective of the both the Na’vi and the RDA. Each is strongly motivated in their individual and conflicting missions. In Avatar: The Game, modern technology combats the primitive, in non-stop action that the player will experience from the middle of it all. The game has advanced weaponry as well as primitive weaponry. The RDA has lots of advanced military style weapons, futuristic helicopters, explosives, and high tech weapons like the mech suite. The Na’vi have what seems to be primitive weapons, but because of the size of the weapons and their power, are very deadly. The Na’vi have incredible creatures that they use to maneuver in Pandora during battles.
THE RDA SOLDIERS
As an RDA soldier there will be a variety of technology and weaponry you will be able to use to fight the Na’vi from the ground or the air. There is a large arsenal of assault weaponry in addition to the ability to heal and cloak. You will fight to have access to a valuable resource-you will fight to survive.
THE NA’VI WARRIORS
As a Na’vi warrior you will have skills like your speed and exceptional agility. The abilities include quick escapes. The primitive looking weaponry is effective due to the size and the amount of destruction it can cause. You will fight to preserve your civilization-you will fight to survive.
Though many movie based games are very disappointing, Avatar: The Game is different, this action packed imaginative game doesn’t leave anyone disappointed but instead wanting more play time because of the action, the graphics, the weaponry, and the sound affects.
