Earth Day
Well it is Earth Day today, it’s time to get your lazy ass off the couch and do something for the planet. It could be recycling plastic or even just picking trash off of the ground. I usually just plant a few trees up north on my private property. I have a few acres up north for deer hunting, it’s really beautiful up there. By the way, I live in Michigan.
So what are you doing to do? I have a one big suggestion. How about replacing all your regular incandescent bulbs in your house with spiral cfl full spectrum bulbs. These new bulbs use 75% less mercury and 75% less energy than standard incandescents. Together we can save some energy, some money, and help fight global warming by reducing greenhouse gases from our coal power plants. Not a bad way to start of Earth Day.
