I have done some testing of my own
minefield(firefox 3.1b2pre.) 6.3
opera (9.6) 7.5
firefox (3.0.3) 7.3
google chrome (0.3) 6.9
seamonkey (2.0a) 7.1
I did not test internet explorer because I do not have it (do not want it) these are, of coarse different when you don’t clear cache. under regular use (as most people do) just open the browser and go
minefield 8.7
opera 9.2
firefox 10.7
google chrome 8.2
seamonky 9.9
this is on my computer w/ 2g ram etc. so under “normal” use chrome was faster although with custom add ons about:config settings minefield/firefox is my browser of choice
