How to set up a static IP Address
Many people have dynamic (changing) ip address’ these days. This is all good, however if you are using torrent applications or other applications that require you to forward a port and if you have a dynamic ip address you are going to need to forward that port each time the ip address on your computer changes. Well here is a quick video tutorial on how to set up a static ip address on your computer.

1. Start > Settings > Network Connections
2. Select the network connection you use to connect to the internet > right click > properties > networking tab > click on ‘internet protocol version 4′ item and click on properties.

How I choose website niches

Many websites that are developed are created as smaller ‘niche’ websites which are primarily created for the purpose of making money. However, most people don’t know where to go to get started or what type of ‘niche’ or topic to pick. Here are the methods I use to choose keywords and niches to write about.

I do a few things to pick what my niche will be and to determine whether or not it will be at least semi profitable.

I first think of a few main topics or ideas that I would be willing to create a website about. A detailed fake ramped/smooth slow motion effect in sony vegas. Tutorial and guide.I was originally going to create a video tutorial for this uh, tutorial. However, after numerous attempts with my microphone malfunctioning I decided I would just write it out and make it detailed.

 

 

The basic outline of this tutorial:

1. Open up a new project and import your clip
2. Find your slow down and speed up points.
3. Right click on the audio of the clip > properties > lock to stretch
4. Split the clip up into a bunch of little pieces.
5. Slow mo or speed up each little clip individually.
6. Export it out.
